Virgin Voyages calls its shore excursions Shore Things. Most Miami sailings end with a day at The Beach Club at Bimini, Virgin's private, adults-only club in the Bahamas, and many Mexico itineraries stop in Cozumel. Choose one or more travel styles and a port to see the Shore Things that match.

The Beach Club at Bimini
Virgin's private, adults-only beach club in the Bahamas. Entry, the tram from the ship, the pools, the beach, Wi-Fi and the Bahamian-inspired food menu are included. Premium drinks, cabanas and Shore Things are extra.
A day at the club
Two lagoon-style pools, a private beach with hammocks and daybeds, live DJs and morning beachside yoga. The included menu has Bahamian-inspired dishes with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
VIP cabana or Mermaid Hideaway
A home base for the day. Cabanas have daybeds, shade and a stocked cooler. The Mermaid Hideaway is a vintage-style retreat with a deck and air conditioning.
Swim with Stingrays
A boat ride out to Honeymoon Harbour, a briefing from the guides, then time in the water swimming alongside the stingrays.
Jet Ski Tour for Two
A guided ride along North and South Bimini to old plane and shipwreck sites and the mangroves. First-timers get a lesson on the controls before heading out.

Foodies: Virgin's Bimini Shore Things don't include a dedicated food tour, so the club's included Bahamian-inspired menu is the main food experience.
Cozumel, Mexico

About 2.75 hours. An immersive look at tequila and mezcal, two of Mexico's signature spirits.
Downtown bar crawls and tastings
Cozumel's walkable downtown stays lively well past lunch, and Virgin's Cozumel lineup includes bar crawls and tequila tastings.
Beach club day passes

Adventure Time at Xcaret's Xplor Park
Raft through underground caverns, ride an amphibious vehicle through the jungle and take on a 14-line zip-line course, with a meal afterward.

The Amazing Secret River
Explore caverns linked by underground rivers, often called Mother Nature's crystal museum.
Cozumel Coral Reef Restoration

Kaan Luum Lagoon and Tulum
Visit the ruins of Tulum, including El Castillo and the Temple of the Frescoes, then swim in the warm, shallow Kaan Luum Lagoon with its deep cenote center.
Chaak Tun Cenote and Playa del Carmen Tour
About 9 hours. Explore Cenote Chaak Tun, then spend time in Playa del Carmen on the mainland.
Chichén Itzá's Ancient Wonders
A guided trip to Chichén Itzá, one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. Plan on a long day, since it's a longer trip from Cozumel to the mainland.

When and how to book Shore Things
Every Sailor can book Shore Things starting 120 days before the voyage. Sailors in RockStar Quarters can book from 135 days out.
Virgin says rates on select Shore Things go up once you're on board, and the most popular ones can fill up.
