AT EASE IN THE ADRIATIC

Charter Booking Agreement and Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 23, 2026

Please read this Agreement carefully. It explains the financial commitment involved in reserving a cabin, when payments are nonrefundable, and the responsibilities of At Ease Travel Co., LLC, the Purchaser, each Guest, and the Vessel Operator.

These Charter Booking Agreement and Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern an individual cabin reservation made through At Ease Travel Co., LLC ("At Ease Travel") for the proposed At Ease in the Adriatic private yacht charter operated by Lastavica Cruising / Lastavica New d.o.o. ("Lastavica" or the "Vessel Operator").

The person making the reservation, accepting this Agreement, or submitting payment is the "Purchaser." Every traveler included in the cabin is a "Guest." The Purchaser is also a Guest when traveling and accepts this Agreement individually and on behalf of every Guest included in the reservation.

The Commitment in Plain Language

This is a private full-vessel charter, not an interest list or a freely cancelable cruise hold. At Ease Travel will enter a substantial, nonrefundable charter contract based on a minimum number of binding cabin commitments. When a Purchaser reserves, that cabin is removed from inventory and the Purchaser commits to sailing and making each payment when due. If the Purchaser later cancels or fails to pay, the reservation may be canceled and all amounts already paid will be forfeited, but At Ease Travel will not accelerate installments that had not yet become due. In return, the Purchaser receives the Charter Commitment Fare, priority access to cabin selection, and a refund of payments received if At Ease Travel does not confirm the charter as provided below.

1. Proposed Charter and the Parties' Roles

The proposed charter is currently planned as follows:

  • Journey: At Ease in the Adriatic

  • Dates: July 9-16, 2028

  • Duration: Seven nights

  • Proposed direction: One way from Šibenik to Dubrovnik, Croatia

  • Anticipated vessel: Lastavica, Swallow, or Nera

  • Accommodation: One ensuite cabin for up to two registered Guests

  • Charter Commitment Fare: EUR 8,500 per standard cabin for up to two registered Guests

  • Limited Solo Cabin Fare: EUR 6,000 for one registered Guest in a designated solo-occupancy cabin, subject to the terms in Section 3

  • Minimum participation: 13 binding paid cabin commitments

The date, vessel, route, ports, embarkation and disembarkation locations, activities, cabin assignment, and other operational details remain proposed until confirmed in writing. Website content, presentations, sample itineraries, photographs, social media posts, and informal communications are illustrative and are not final confirmation.

At Ease Travel markets the sailing, accepts cabin reservations and payments, communicates with Guests, hosts the group, and coordinates booking information. Lastavica is an independent supplier responsible for the vessel, captain, crew, accommodations, meals, equipment, navigation, safety, maintenance, port operations, and onboard services.

At Ease Travel does not own, operate, navigate, maintain, or crew the vessel; does not employ or supervise the captain or crew; and is not a carrier or maritime operator. The Vessel Operator and captain retain final authority over navigation, safety, vessel operations, and onboard conduct. Lastavica's passenger, safety, and onboard rules will also apply when provided or made available. This Agreement does not create supplier obligations beyond applicable supplier terms and nonwaivable law.

The vessels are small private coastal yachts and are not represented as oceangoing cruise ships operated by members of the Cruise Lines International Association. The CLIA Cruise Industry Passenger Bill of Rights is not incorporated into this Agreement and does not apply unless the final Vessel Operator separately confirms otherwise in writing.

2. Purchaser Authority, Guest Eligibility, and Accurate Information

The Purchaser represents that the Purchaser:

  • Is at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this Agreement;

  • Has authority to reserve and accept this Agreement for every Guest in the cabin;

  • Has permission to provide each Guest's personal and travel information;

  • Will provide this Agreement and all material information to every Guest;

  • Will ensure each Guest complies with this Agreement and onboard rules; and

  • Accepts the complete cabin fare and payment schedule as a binding commitment, subject to the cancellation and default remedies in Section 6.

Unless expressly designated as adults-only, a minor may travel only with advance approval and must share a cabin with a parent or legal guardian. That adult accepts this Agreement for the minor and remains responsible for the minor's supervision, conduct, and expenses.

All supplied information must be true, complete, and current. Legal names must match passports exactly. The Purchaser and Guests must promptly review invoices, receipts, confirmations, names, dates, cabin information, and travel documents and immediately report any suspected error. At Ease Travel is not responsible for avoidable costs caused by inaccurate information or failure to review and timely correct documents.

3. Cabin Fare, Occupancy, Inclusions, and Exclusions

The Charter Commitment Fare is EUR 8,500 per cabin for up to two registered Guests. It is available when the commitment deposit is received before written charter confirmation. Remaining cabins offered after confirmation may be priced at EUR 9,000 or another disclosed fare. A later fare, promotion, occupancy option, or special offer will not reprice an existing reservation.

Standard Cabin Occupancy

The standard fare is charged by cabin, not by person, and permits up to two registered Guests. Except for a reservation specifically confirmed in writing at the Limited Solo Cabin Fare described below, there is no reduction in the standard cabin fare because only one Guest occupies the cabin, a second Guest cancels or does not participate, or either Guest fails to travel.

At Ease Travel does not provide or guarantee roommate matching. Only registered Guests may occupy a cabin, and a reservation may not be shared, sublicensed, or resold without written approval.

Limited Solo Cabin Fare

At Ease Travel may offer a limited number of cabins for single occupancy at a reduced Limited Solo Cabin Fare of EUR 6,000 per cabin.

Initially, no more than two cabins will be offered at this fare. At Ease Travel may release additional solo-occupancy cabins after the minimum participation requirement has been satisfied. Any additional solo cabins may be offered at the same or a different disclosed fare. The later release of additional solo inventory or a different solo fare will not reprice an existing reservation.

A Limited Solo Cabin reservation:

  • Is for one registered Guest only;

  • Provides the Guest with private use of one ensuite cabin;

  • May be assigned to a cabin with a fixed twin-bed configuration or another cabin selected by At Ease Travel based on the assigned vessel, inventory, and operational needs;

  • Includes EUR 100 in onboard beverage credit;

  • Includes EUR 250 in prepaid crew gratuities for the registered Guest;

  • Includes the applicable Croatian tourist tax for one Guest, currently budgeted at EUR 70;

  • Does not guarantee a particular cabin number, deck, location, bedding configuration, or view unless expressly confirmed in writing; and

  • May not be converted to double occupancy without advance written approval from At Ease Travel.

If a Solo Cabin Guest wishes to add a second Guest, the reservation will convert to the then-applicable two-person cabin fare. If the reservation was originally secured before written charter confirmation at the Charter Commitment Fare, the applicable two-person fare will be EUR 8,500 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any unpaid difference will become due according to the revised invoice and payment schedule provided by At Ease Travel.

Removal of a Guest from a standard two-person reservation does not convert that reservation to the Limited Solo Cabin Fare or create a right to a refund, credit, or fare reduction.

Included Services

For a standard cabin for up to two Guests, the fare is expected to include:

  • Seven nights in one ensuite cabin;

  • Seven breakfasts, including mimosas when provided;

  • Six four-course lunches;

  • One Captain's Dinner;

  • Coffee, tea, and filtered or purified water;

  • Air-conditioned accommodations, routine daily housekeeping, and scheduled linen and towel service;

  • Scheduled fuel and cruising within the Vessel Operator's charter allowance;

  • Crew services, Croatian VAT included in the charter rate, and standard docking fees at Croatian port-authority ports;

  • Wi-Fi, subject to maritime connectivity;

  • Access to available hot tub, sun decks, swim platform, water toys, and slide;

  • EUR 200 in onboard beverage credit per standard cabin;

  • EUR 500 in prepaid crew gratuities per standard cabin, equal to EUR 250 per Guest for two Guests; and

  • Croatian tourist taxes for up to two Guests, currently budgeted at EUR 140 per standard cabin, based on EUR 70 per Guest.

For a Limited Solo Cabin, the same included services apply except that the reservation includes EUR 100 in onboard beverage credit, EUR 250 in prepaid crew gratuities, and Croatian tourist tax for one Guest.

The beverage credit applies only to eligible onboard purchases, has no cash value, is not transferable or refundable, and expires at the end of the charter. Purchases above the credit are the Guest's responsibility. Prepaid gratuities will be paid on the Guest's behalf. Any additional gratuity is voluntary. A documented increase in a tax or mandatory government charge may be passed through to the Purchaser to the extent permitted by law.

Unless expressly added in writing, the fare does not include airfare; hotels; transfers; meals ashore, including six dinners; beverages above the credit; excursions, guides, admissions, premium marinas, or jet skis; insurance; medical care, evacuation, or repatriation; passport, visa, ETIAS, testing, vaccination, or entry costs; laundry, spa, shopping, telecommunications, or personal expenses; gratuities above the prepaid amount; damage, fines, lost property, or extraordinary cleaning; or any service not expressly identified as included.

4. Binding Conditional Reservation and Charter Confirmation

Payment of the initial EUR 1,500 commitment deposit creates a binding conditional cabin reservation. It is a genuine commitment to purchase the cabin if At Ease Travel confirms the charter. It is not an expression of interest, a refundable hold, or a guarantee of a vessel, cabin number, deck, itinerary, or onboard feature.

Written charter confirmation depends on:

  • At least 13 binding cabin commitments, each with a cleared commitment deposit and accepted Agreement.

    • Up to two Limited Solo Cabin reservations may be included among the initial 13 cabin commitments;

  • Continued vessel availability;

  • Acceptable charter terms with the Vessel Operator; and

  • Operational feasibility.

"Written charter confirmation" means an email or other written notice from At Ease Travel expressly stating that the charter is confirmed. A receipt, invoice, marketing post, sample itinerary, preliminary announcement, or verbal statement is not confirmation.

The Charter Confirmation Deadline is November 1, 2026. If At Ease Travel has not issued written charter confirmation by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on that date, the conditional reservation will automatically terminate and At Ease Travel will refund all charter payments received, unless the Purchaser affirmatively agrees in writing to a specific extension before the deadline. A Purchaser who does not accept a proposed extension will receive a refund of charter payments received. Silence, continued possession of the deposit, or an informal status update will not extend the deadline.

Before written charter confirmation, At Ease Travel will maintain pre-confirmation Purchaser payments separately from ordinary operating revenue and will maintain the ability to provide the refunds promised by this Section. The payments are not treated as earned income merely because they have been received. This provision does not prevent At Ease Travel from placing funds in a legally compliant account or using them for a refundable supplier arrangement that preserves At Ease Travel's ability to satisfy its refund obligations.

Commitments are counted only after the applicable commitment deposit clears and this Agreement is accepted. A Limited Solo Cabin counts as one cabin commitment for purposes of determining whether the minimum participation requirement has been satisfied. Cabin-selection priority will generally follow the date and time cleared deposits were received, subject to vessel inventory, operational needs, and reasonable accommodations. Priority does not guarantee a cabin, deck, category, view, or bedding arrangement.

Guests should not buy nonrefundable airfare, hotels, transfers, tours, or other arrangements until written confirmation is issued.

5. Payment Schedule, Currency Conversion, and Payment Methods

The Purchaser must pay:

  • EUR 1,500 at booking as the commitment deposit;

  • EUR 1,500 within 30 calendar days after written charter confirmation;

  • EUR 2,750 no later than July 9, 2027; and

  • EUR 2,750 no later than February 1, 2028.

These payments total EUR 8,500.

Limited Solo Cabin Payment Schedule

For a reservation specifically confirmed at the EUR 5,500 Limited Solo Cabin Fare, the Purchaser must pay:

  • EUR 1,500 at booking as the commitment deposit;

  • EUR 1,500 within 30 calendar days after written charter confirmation;

  • EUR 1,500 no later than July 9, 2027; and

  • EUR 1,500 no later than February 1, 2028.

These payments total EUR 6,000.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all payment, currency-conversion, missed-payment, cancellation, default, resale, and nonrefundability provisions of this Agreement apply equally to Standard Cabin and Limited Solo Cabin reservations. The schedule is intentionally earlier than the anticipated Vessel Operator schedule so At Ease Travel can collect cleared funds, account for currency conversion and processing time, and meet its charter obligations without advancing Purchaser payments. The Vessel Operator's current published schedule requires 10 percent upon contracting, an additional 20 percent 90 days later, and the remaining 70 percent 75 days before sailing. The Purchaser's deadlines are governed by this Agreement and do not change merely because the Vessel Operator later changes its schedule or because At Ease Travel transmits funds on a different date.

The Vessel Operator's current whole-charter cancellation schedule makes 30 percent of the charter price nonrefundable 75 or more days before departure, 40 percent from 74 to 60 days, 50 percent from 59 to 30 days, and 100 percent from 29 days through departure or no-show. The Purchaser understands that At Ease Travel relies on binding cabin commitments to assume and satisfy that shared charter liability. The Purchaser's individual cancellation terms remain those in Section 6 and are not replaced by the Vessel Operator's whole-charter percentages.

The fare is denominated in euros. Each installment will be invoiced and collected in U.S. dollars using the European Central Bank euro-to-U.S.-dollar reference rate published on the invoice date, or the most recently published reference rate if none is published that day. The invoice will identify the euro obligation, rate, dollar amount, expiration date, and deadline. Unless otherwise stated, the quoted dollar amount remains valid for three calendar days.

Currency changes may cause each dollar installment and the total ultimately paid to differ from an earlier estimate. Currency movement does not change the euro fare and is not grounds for cancellation, refund, credit, or repricing. Once an installment is paid, its corresponding euro obligation is satisfied. An expired invoice may be reissued at the then-current rate.

Ordinary payment-processing and conversion costs are included and will not be added as a surcharge unless disclosed before payment and permitted by law and network rules. The Purchaser is responsible for fees independently imposed by the Purchaser's financial institution.

At Ease Travel may designate or change approved business-payment methods. Availability of a specific card, bank transfer, digital wallet, payment application, processor, or financing option is not guaranteed. The Purchaser authorizes each payment and represents that the payment method is valid and funded. A payment is received only when successfully authorized and cleared. Courtesy invoices and reminders do not excuse a missed deadline.

At Ease Travel may request reasonable identity, billing-address, or payment-authorization verification to prevent fraud and protect Guests. If requested verification is not provided by the stated deadline, At Ease Travel may decline the payment or cancel the reservation under the applicable cancellation and default provisions. Verification does not make At Ease Travel responsible for fraud committed by a third party.

6. Missed Payments, Cancellation, Resale, and Transfers

Payment must be successfully submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on its due date. A declined, reversed, disputed, pending, or otherwise unsuccessful payment is not received. Unless At Ease Travel gives a written extension before the deadline, the reservation automatically cancels for default at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time without a grace period or further notice. At Ease Travel may send reminders, but failure to send or receive a reminder does not change the deadline.

Upon cancellation for nonpayment, all amounts previously paid remain nonrefundable and are forfeited, the cabin may be resold, and installments that had not yet become due will not be accelerated or collected. Reinstatement is entirely discretionary and may require immediate payment of all overdue amounts and documented costs. No Purchaser should assume that a late payment will be accepted or that a canceled cabin will remain available.

Before written confirmation, the Purchaser may withdraw, but the applicable commitment deposit remains nonrefundable. No later installment is due unless confirmation is issued. After confirmation, the Purchaser is contractually committed to the fare applicable to the reservation, whether the EUR 8,500 Charter Commitment Fare or EUR 6,000 Limited Solo Cabin Fare, and must follow the applicable payment schedule for as long as the reservation remains active.

If the Purchaser voluntarily cancels, At Ease Travel will cancel the reservation, retain all amounts already paid, and will not accelerate installments that had not yet become due on the effective cancellation date.

Removal or cancellation of the second Guest from a standard cabin, solo occupancy of a standard cabin, or failure of either Guest to travel does not reduce the standard cabin fare or convert the reservation to the Limited Solo Cabin Fare.

A Limited Solo Cabin is priced specifically for one registered Guest. The inability or failure of that Guest to travel does not create a refund or credit right.

All payments are nonrefundable if the Purchaser or a Guest cancels or withdraws. This includes illness, injury, pregnancy, family emergency, employment obligations, military duties, denied leave, schedule changes, transportation problems, passport or visa issues, failure to obtain documents, fear of travel, changed advisories, or other personal circumstances, except where nonwaivable law requires otherwise.

The nonrefundable commitment deposit recognizes the administrative work, limited inventory, lower commitment fare, cabin priority, and lost opportunity created by accepting a binding reservation instead of an interest-list registration.

A cancellation must be sent in writing and is effective only when acknowledged by At Ease Travel. Payment deadlines continue unless At Ease Travel confirms otherwise in writing.

At Ease Travel may consider a replacement Guest, name change, or transfer of the reservation. Any change requires advance written approval from At Ease Travel and, when applicable, the Vessel Operator; may be denied for operational, legal, supplier, or timing reasons; and may require supplier charges and reasonable documented administrative costs. A proposed replacement does not suspend payment obligations.

Transfers and substitutions requested within 30 calendar days of departure may be unavailable and may be denied by the Vessel Operator. The original Purchaser remains responsible for the reservation until At Ease Travel expressly approves the change and releases the Purchaser in writing.

At Ease Travel may attempt to resell a canceled cabin but has no obligation to do so. The former Purchaser has no ownership interest in the cabin and no automatic right to resale proceeds. Retained payments may be used to cover reduced resale pricing, unsold inventory, supplier penalties, payment and refund costs, administrative expenses, and other charter losses arising from the cancellation.

If the specifically canceled cabin is ultimately resold, the charter operates, and At Ease Travel's supplier obligations, reduced resale revenue, processing and refund expenses, reasonable administrative costs, and other documented cancellation-related losses are fully recovered, At Ease Travel will refund any excess retained payment remaining after final charter accounting. No refund is guaranteed merely because a replacement is proposed or another cabin elsewhere on the vessel is sold. A refund will not exceed the amount the former Purchaser actually paid, and At Ease Travel is not required to complete final accounting until the charter has concluded and all material costs are known.

7. Supplier Cancellation, Force Majeure, and Operational Changes

Nonconfirmation Before Written Charter Confirmation

If At Ease Travel elects not to proceed before confirmation, or cannot secure an acceptable vessel agreement after the participation requirement is met, it will refund charter payments received, ordinarily in the original U.S.-dollar amounts and to the original payment method. That refund is the Purchaser's remedy for nonconfirmation, except where law requires otherwise. At Ease Travel is not responsible for independently purchased travel, insurance, lost wages, or consequential expenses.

If At Ease Travel cancels after confirmation for a reason within its reasonable control, and not because of Guest default, supplier action, or an event beyond its control, it will refund affected charter payments received. Amounts remitted or irrevocably committed to suppliers may otherwise remain nonrefundable. Uncommitted Purchaser funds in At Ease Travel's control will be handled as required by this Agreement and law.

Force Majeure, Supplier Default, and Failure to Perform

At Ease Travel is not responsible for a delay, disruption, modification, substitution, postponement, cancellation, or inability to perform caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Such events may include severe weather, unsafe sea conditions, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, public-health emergency, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strike, labor disruption, port closure, government action, border restriction, change in law, interruption of utilities or communications, cyberattack, transportation failure, mechanical or vessel emergency, supplier insolvency, bankruptcy, default, cessation of operations, or unavailability of the assigned vessel.

If such an event occurs, or if the Vessel Operator or another responsible supplier cancels, defaults, becomes insolvent, cannot operate, or materially changes the charter, At Ease Travel will promptly communicate any substitute arrangement, rescheduling option, credit, refund, or other remedy made available by the responsible supplier.

Except where applicable law or a separate written promise by At Ease Travel requires otherwise, available remedies will be limited to the amounts and remedies At Ease Travel actually recovers or is authorized to pass through from the responsible supplier. At Ease Travel is not required to replace supplier-held money from its own funds and does not act as an insurer or guarantor of supplier performance, solvency, or repayment. At Ease Travel will not retain a supplier refund designated for an affected Purchaser.

Amounts already remitted or irrevocably committed to suppliers may remain nonrefundable. Any uncommitted Purchaser funds remaining under At Ease Travel's control will be handled as required by this Agreement and applicable law. The limitation on supplier-related remedies does not apply to funds remaining under At Ease Travel's control, losses caused by At Ease Travel's failure to transmit properly collected payments as agreed, or At Ease Travel's own negligence, misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or breach of this Agreement.

Payment obligations remain in effect while the charter remains scheduled or while a reasonably comparable substitute or rescheduled arrangement has been confirmed. At Ease Travel will not require a future installment to be paid while the Vessel Operator has unequivocally canceled or repudiated the charter and no substitute or rescheduled arrangement has been confirmed. This does not create a refund right for amounts already remitted or irrevocably committed to a supplier and does not prevent collection of an amount that remains contractually due and legally enforceable after the available remedy has been determined.

Reasonable itinerary, port, schedule, or vessel changes do not create a right to cancel or receive a refund when the charter can still be provided in a reasonably comparable form. For this Agreement, a reasonably comparable substitute preserves the essential character and material value of the booking, considering the general Dalmatian Coast destination, approximate duration, private-yacht format, ensuite cabin for the booked occupancy, general meal plan, and overall level of onboard services. It need not provide the same vessel, cabin dimensions, décor, exact route, ports, times, or every amenity. A Purchaser who chooses not to travel while the charter or a reasonably comparable confirmed substitute remains scheduled is voluntarily canceling.

International travel involves crime, illness, political instability, terrorism, weather, natural disasters, labor disruption, and government restrictions. Guests must review travel advisories and decide whether to travel. A new advisory, fear, anxiety, or discomfort does not override the cancellation policy unless applicable law or insurance provides otherwise.

Itinerary, Vessel, and Cabin Changes

Any advertised itinerary is a sample. The Vessel Operator and captain may change the route, ports, sequence, timing, swim stops, activities, meals, or overnight locations because of weather, sea conditions, safety, port availability, congestion, government action, mechanical issues, or operations. Arrival and departure times are estimates. A changed or omitted port, activity, meal timing, or swim stop does not create a refund right unless required by law or offered by the supplier.

The anticipated vessel is Lastavica, Swallow, or Nera. At Ease Travel and the Vessel Operator may assign or substitute a vessel with reasonably comparable overall capacity and services. Vessels differ in age, layout, cabin size, deck location, décor, amenities, and equipment. Photographs and floor plans are illustrative. A comparable substitution or difference among vessels is not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Cabin assignments depend on vessel inventory, supplier approval, safety, maintenance, accessibility, and operational needs. Cabin preferences, bedding, dietary requests, and special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the responsible provider. At Ease Travel may reassign a cabin when reasonably necessary. Limited Solo Cabin Guests may be prioritized for cabins with fixed twin-bed configurations or other cabins that At Ease Travel determines are appropriate for solo occupancy. A fixed twin-bed configuration does not constitute inferior accommodation and does not create a right to a refund, credit, cabin change, or fare reduction.

If Lastavica or Swallow is assigned, the vessel will have 18 cabins: eight below deck and ten on the main deck. Fourteen cabins can be configured as either one double bed or two twin beds. Cabins 5 and 6 have fixed double beds, and cabins 13 and 14 have fixed twin beds. Cabins 1, 2, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, and 16 include an additional sleeping option suitable only for a small child. Cabins 9 through 12 have exterior main-deck access, while cabins 13 through 18 have interior main-deck access. If Nera or a substitute vessel is assigned, its cabin inventory, layout, bedding, access, and occupancy options may differ and will be identified before cabin assignments are finalized.

8. Insurance, Travel Documents, Health, and Accessibility

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, including coverage for cancellation and interruption, medical care, evacuation and repatriation, delay, missed connection, baggage, supplier default when available, and Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) benefits.

Because benefits can be time-sensitive, the Purchaser is strongly advised to purchase suitable coverage within seven calendar days after the initial commitment deposit. Seven days is At Ease Travel's recommendation, not a representation that every policy permits seven days. The Purchaser must review the insurer's actual deadline, eligibility requirements, exclusions, reimbursement percentage, and covered reasons. CFAR commonly reimburses less than 100 percent and may require cancellation a specified time before departure.

At Ease Travel does not underwrite insurance, decide claims, interpret coverage, or guarantee coverage. If insurance is declined or inadequate, the Purchaser accepts the risk of losing nonrefundable payments and bearing additional expenses. The cancellation policy applies whether or not insurance was purchased or a claim was approved.

Travel Documents, Transportation, and Arrival

Each Guest is responsible for a valid passport, visas, ETIAS or any successor authorization, health documentation, parental-consent documents, and all requirements imposed by governments, airlines, carriers, or suppliers. For Schengen travel, passports generally must have been issued within the previous 10 years and remain valid for at least three months after planned departure; six months is recommended because rules and carrier practices can change.

Requirements depend on citizenship, residence, itinerary, and personal history and may change. Information from At Ease Travel is general assistance, not a guarantee of admission or legal advice. Denied boarding or entry, detention, deportation, or missed travel caused by inadequate documentation does not create a refund right.

Unless expressly included, Guests arrange and pay for transportation to embarkation and from disembarkation. Guests must arrive by the stated deadline and should allow substantial delay time. The vessel need not wait for a late Guest. Costs of reaching it later, returning home, or obtaining lodging are the Guest's responsibility.

Health, Accessibility, Medical Care, and Dietary Needs

Each Guest must determine, with a medical professional when appropriate, whether the journey suits the Guest's health, mobility, pregnancy, dietary needs, and ability to safely use a small yacht. Material medical, mobility, accessibility, or dietary needs must be disclosed early enough for evaluation. A request is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Small yachts may have stairs, narrow passageways, high thresholds, tender transfers, wet surfaces, limited accessibility, and no elevator. Ports may involve uneven surfaces or tender boarding. The Vessel Operator may decline or limit participation when a Guest cannot be accommodated safely or reasonably. Pregnancy restrictions imposed by a supplier, carrier, insurer, or medical provider apply.

This is a small coastal yacht, not a hospital or large cruise ship. A physician, nurse, infirmary, pharmacy, diagnostic equipment, and advanced care may not be onboard. The crew may provide basic first response and arrange shoreside help, but care may be delayed. Guests are responsible for medications, equipment, treatment, evacuation, repatriation, and costs.

Dietary restrictions and allergies must be submitted by the stated deadline. The galley will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. A Guest with a severe allergy must bring necessary medication and an emergency plan and notify the crew upon embarkation.

9. Guest Conduct, Onboard Safety, Property, and Connectivity

Conduct, Alcohol, and Prohibited Substances

Guests must follow law and reasonable instructions from the captain, crew, port authorities, and Vessel Operator. The captain has final authority and may restrict an activity, deny alcohol, confine a Guest to designated areas, or disembark a Guest whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, destructive, illegal, or substantially interferes with others.

Possession, use, purchase, distribution, or attempted transport of illegal drugs or controlled substances is prohibited. This expressly includes cannabis and cannabis products, including medically prescribed cannabis, when prohibited by Croatian law, another jurisdiction, port rules, carrier rules, or Vessel Operator policy. Legality at home is not a defense. Violation may cause immediate disembarkation, reporting to authorities, and no refund.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in cabins and interiors and permitted only in designated exterior areas. Open flames, candles, unauthorized heating appliances, weapons, hazardous materials, and other prohibited items are not allowed. Guests must follow footwear rules, which may require bare feet or clean, soft-soled, nonmarking shoes.

Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. The crew may refuse service to an intoxicated Guest or anyone presenting a safety concern. Legal drinking age and rules for personal alcohol are governed by law and Vessel Operator policy. Intoxication does not excuse misconduct.

A Guest removed or restricted for safety, conduct, intoxication, illegal activity, or rule violations receives no refund and is responsible for resulting transportation, lodging, fines, legal expenses, and costs. Nothing limits a right that cannot legally be waived.

Marine Activities, Property, Baggage, and Connectivity

Swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, water toys, the slide, tender transfers, jet skis, and marine activities carry inherent risks, including slips, falls, drowning, currents, collision, marine life, weather changes, equipment failure, and delayed medical access. Participation is voluntary. Guests must follow instructions, use safety equipment, and honestly represent their abilities and condition. The captain may restrict or cancel activities. No activity or equipment is guaranteed. Jet skis may require a license and separate payment.

Guests are responsible for damage they cause beyond ordinary wear. The Purchaser is responsible for charges attributable to either cabin Guest, including repair, replacement, extraordinary cleaning, smoking remediation, lost equipment, and fines. Documented assessments may be invoiced.

To the extent permitted by law, the Purchaser is also responsible for documented losses, claims, fines, or reasonable expenses caused by either cabin Guest's unlawful conduct, material breach of this Agreement, intentional misconduct, or damage to the vessel or third-party property. This responsibility does not extend to loss caused by At Ease Travel's own negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of a nonwaivable duty.

Guests are responsible for passports, money, medication, electronics, jewelry, baggage, and belongings and must follow luggage restrictions. At Ease Travel is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Wi-Fi depends on maritime connectivity, equipment, geography, weather, and third-party networks. Continuous, secure, or high-speed service is not guaranteed, and interruption does not create a refund right. At Ease Travel does not provide continuous emergency monitoring. In an emergency, Guests must follow provided procedures and contact the captain, crew, or local services.

10. Independent Suppliers, Excursions, and Special Benefits

Limitation of Remedies and Independent Suppliers

Lastavica, the Vessel Operator, captain, crew, transportation providers, excursion operators, insurers, payment processors, and other travel suppliers are independent entities and are not employees of At Ease Travel. At Ease Travel does not own, operate, navigate, maintain, or control the vessel and does not supervise the captain or crew.

At Ease Travel will exercise reasonable care in coordinating the services it agrees to arrange but does not control an independent supplier's operations, staffing, equipment, schedules, safety practices, financial condition, or performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, At Ease Travel is not responsible for an independent supplier's acts, omissions, negligence, delay, cancellation, overbooking, insolvency, default, cessation of operations, schedule change, or failure to perform or refund.

At Ease Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from an independent supplier or an event beyond At Ease Travel's reasonable control. These losses may include independently purchased airfare, lodging, transportation, tours, insurance premiums, medical expenses, lost wages, lost vacation time, loss of opportunity, inconvenience, or loss of enjoyment.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes responsibility for At Ease Travel's own negligence, gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, misrepresentation, mishandling of Purchaser funds, breach of this Agreement, or any obligation or consumer right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.

Unless included in writing, shore excursions, restaurants, guides, transportation, hotels, airfare, and shoreside services are independent arrangements. A Guest books and participates at the Guest's own risk and expense even if an item appears in a group itinerary for convenience. Guests must return to the vessel on time.

Supplier goodwill, upgrades, future promotions, credits, special benefits, and later offers do not require repricing or enhancement of an existing reservation. Requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the responsible provider.

11. Personal Information, Photography, and Communications

The Purchaser authorizes collection, use, storage, and sharing of information reasonably necessary to administer the reservation, including names, birth dates, contact information, passport details, nationality, emergency contacts, dietary restrictions, allergies, accessibility information, and payment-related information. It may be shared with suppliers, processors, insurers, itinerary platforms, authorities, and others involved in the journey or legal compliance.

Unless another deadline is given, requested Guest and passport information, emergency contacts, dietary details, and accessibility information must be submitted securely by February 1, 2028. Changes must be promptly reported. Guests should not send passport images, payment credentials, or sensitive medical information through insecure channels. At Ease Travel's Privacy Policy may provide more detail.

At Ease Travel may photograph or record hosted group activities for trip documentation and marketing. A Guest who does not want to appear in identifiable promotional content should notify At Ease Travel in writing before embarkation. Reasonable efforts will be made, but At Ease Travel cannot control others' photography. Guests may not record where privacy is reasonably expected. Drone and recording-device use is subject to law and Vessel Operator policy.

Email is the primary method for invoices, confirmation, deadlines, changes, and notices. The Purchaser must maintain current contact information and monitor email and spam folders. Group chats and social media are conveniences, not official notice channels. Cancellation, payment-dispute, and legal notices must be sent to derek@ateasetravel.co and are effective only when acknowledged in writing.

12. Claims, Legal Terms, Electronic Acceptance, and Acknowledgments

Claims and Chargebacks

The Purchaser will not initiate a chargeback merely to avoid accepted payment, cancellation, or refund terms. Before disputing an authorized charge, the Purchaser must promptly notify At Ease Travel and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate. A chargeback does not erase an amount that was validly due before the reservation was canceled. For an unjustified dispute over a valid authorized charge, the Purchaser may be responsible for bank fees, reasonable administrative expenses, collection costs, and legal fees to the maximum extent permitted by law and card-network rules. This does not restrict a good-faith dispute involving an unauthorized transaction, billing error, material misrepresentation, service not provided, or a nonwaivable right.

Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue

Before filing a legal claim concerning this Agreement or the reservation, the Purchaser must provide At Ease Travel with written notice describing the dispute, relevant facts, supporting documentation, and requested resolution. At Ease Travel will have at least 30 calendar days after receiving the notice to attempt a good-faith resolution, unless emergency relief is reasonably necessary or applicable law requires otherwise.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's nonwaivable law applies.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding concerning this Agreement or the reservation must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Prince William County, Virginia, or, when federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.

Nothing in this section limits a nonwaivable consumer-protection right or prevents either party from seeking appropriate emergency relief.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remainder will continue. Failure or delay in enforcement is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.

Provisions concerning nonrefundability, payment disputes, Guest-caused damage and costs, privacy, governing law, limitations of remedies, and any obligation that by its nature must continue will survive cancellation, completion, or termination of the reservation.

Entire Agreement, Amendments, and Reliance

This Agreement, the written booking confirmation, applicable invoices and payment schedule, At Ease Travel's Privacy Policy, and any supplier terms provided or expressly incorporated as part of the booking documents constitute the agreement governing the reservation.

No advertisement, presentation, sample itinerary, photograph, social-media post, oral statement, or informal communication modifies this Agreement or guarantees a particular vessel, cabin, itinerary, port, schedule, amenity, or experience.

A material amendment must be communicated in writing and accepted when acceptance is required by applicable law. At Ease Travel's decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

If a written booking confirmation expressly conflicts with this Agreement, the confirmation controls only as to the specifically conflicting commercial term. Vessel Operator terms control vessel operation, navigation, safety, and the captain's authority. This Agreement controls the cabin reservation, Purchaser payment schedule, cancellation policy, and relationship between the Purchaser and At Ease Travel.

Electronic Acceptance

The Purchaser separately agrees to transact electronically and to receive agreements, invoices, confirmations, and notices electronically. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by law. Payment alone is not the only indication of consent. At Ease Travel will require separate, affirmative, unchecked acceptance of this Agreement and separate consent to transact electronically. A separate travel insurance acknowledgment or waiver may also be required.

By accepting this Agreement and submitting payment, the Purchaser specifically acknowledges that:

  • This is a binding cabin purchase commitment, not an interest list or freely cancelable hold;

  • The initial EUR 1,500 commitment deposit creates a binding conditional reservation and is nonrefundable if the Purchaser or Guest voluntarily withdraws, except that payments will be refunded if At Ease Travel does not confirm the charter as provided in this Agreement;

  • The charter is not confirmed until At Ease Travel issues written charter confirmation;

  • The Charter Confirmation Deadline is November 1, 2026, unless the Purchaser affirmatively agrees in writing to a specific extension;

  • If At Ease Travel does not proceed with the charter before confirmation, payments received will be refunded as provided in this Agreement;

  • The reservation is subject to the fare and occupancy identified in the Purchaser's written booking confirmation;

  • A Standard Cabin reservation is EUR 8,500 per cabin for up to two registered Guests;

  • A Limited Solo Cabin reservation is EUR 5,500 for one registered Guest, is subject to limited availability, and may be assigned to a cabin selected for solo occupancy based on vessel configuration and operational needs;

  • A Limited Solo Cabin counts as one cabin commitment toward the 13-cabin minimum participation requirement;

  • Adding a second Guest to a Limited Solo Cabin requires advance written approval and conversion to the applicable two-person cabin fare;

  • Removal, cancellation, or nonparticipation of the second Guest from a Standard Cabin does not convert the reservation to a Limited Solo Cabin or create a right to a refund, credit, or fare reduction;1,

  • After written charter confirmation, the Purchaser is contractually committed to the fare and payment schedule applicable to the reservation for as long as the reservation remains active;

  • For a Standard Cabin, remaining payments are EUR 1,500 within 30 calendar days after written charter confirmation, EUR 2,750 by July 9, 2027, and EUR 2,750 by February 1, 2028;

  • For a Limited Solo Cabin, remaining payments are EUR 1,500 within 30 calendar days after written charter confirmation, EUR 1,250 by July 9, 2027, and EUR 1,250 by February 1, 2028;

  • A missed payment will cause automatic cancellation at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the applicable due date unless At Ease Travel granted a written extension beforehand; all amounts already paid will be forfeited, but installments not yet due will not be accelerated;

  • A resale does not guarantee a refund, and retained payments may be used to cover cancellation-related charter losses as described in Section 6;

  • The fare is denominated in euros, and U.S.-dollar invoice amounts may vary based on exchange rates;

  • The vessel, itinerary, ports, timing, cabin assignment, meals, activities, and other operational details may change as permitted by this Agreement;

  • Supplier default, insolvency, war, natural disaster, pandemic, government action, and other events beyond At Ease Travel's reasonable control may result in substitution, modification, postponement, credit, or cancellation, with remedies limited as provided in this Agreement;

  • A Standard Cabin includes Croatian tourist taxes for up to two Guests, currently budgeted at EUR 140 per cabin, EUR 500 in prepaid crew gratuities, and a EUR 200 onboard beverage credit per cabin;

  • A Limited Solo Cabin includes Croatian tourist tax for one Guest, currently budgeted at EUR 70, EUR 250 in prepaid crew gratuities, and a EUR 100 onboard beverage credit;

  • Airfare, transfers, most dinners, excursions, travel insurance, additional beverages, and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated otherwise in writing;

  • Comprehensive travel insurance, including Cancel For Any Reason coverage when available, has been strongly recommended within seven calendar days after the initial deposit; and

  • The Purchaser has authority to accept this Agreement on behalf of every Guest included in the reservation, will provide each Guest with a copy, and intends to be legally bound.
